I'd like to say the office staff Lettie, and the Dr are very Profesional and would earn 5 stars. The tech that cleaned my teeth was a rattle snake she asked me questions about my knee replacement that I needed A letter of antibiotic release from my surgeon. I told her that I didn't need it the last time I was there in January , and that set her off. Next it was why am I not having the 2 fillings replaced on a couple of my teeth. I told her no thanks , that I was good. She persisted, buy why. Now I was irritated, and " take the NO for the answer" and don't ask again. she let the water vac hang in the right corner of my mouth. She was irritated when I needed to empty my mouth. Then would grind on my teeth. Don't remember her name, but I'd never let her work on me again. She turned it into a very negative experience. That was 6 months ago. Whole new experience today with a very professional tech. Jazelle was very kind and a pleasure to been with.. she did a great job on cleaning my teeth today. I had a 8am apt,Letty checked me in , was called back right on time.What a Blessing to have Jazelle as the tech to clean my teeth. She very professional, thorough kind and personable. The best experience I've had at the dentist.

It was the first time I've ever had a Tech do an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Forgive me I can't recall her name. I was told by Letty that the teeth cleaning would be covered 100% by my insurance. Then I get a bill in the mail for $426.00 was the fee sent to my insurance, and my share is $ 91.00. Was also going to have an old feeling removed and replaced with new stuff. But decided to wait until I get the above bill situated. Hard to find honest Dentist.

We have been going to this dentist for the last 12+ years. The dentist is good and more importantly honest. It's hard to find an honest dentist that does not make up unnecessary dental work.
